Meet Dr. Tiffany

StrongHer Sundays was founded by Dr. Tiffany McLaughlin as an extension of her passion for women’s health, movement, chiropractic wellness, and community care.

As a chiropractor, Dr. Tiffany has worked with women through many different seasons of life and understands that health is not one-size-fits-all. Her vision for StrongHer is to create an uplifting environment where women can improve their health, build confidence, and feel supported while pursuing realistic and sustainable wellness goals.

Throughout the year, StrongHer partners with a variety of local women professionals and wellness resources to continue bringing education, encouragement, and support to the community.
